Our first course for 2025 - The 2025 Reflect & Reset: Reclaiming Your Health, Wealth, & Self

In this 3 module course you'll explore:

• Module 1: Reclaiming Your Health - I will challenge you to explore holistic health beyond the physical— Health is also about creating Sacred Spaces for your well-being, breaking free from Overconsumption and Overproduction, and setting clear Priorities for 2025 that will nourish your entire self.
• Module 2: Reclaiming Your Wealth - I will challenge you to discover a broader vision of wealth that encompasses your time, energy, and relationships. You’ll focus on Expanding Your Wealth Mindset Beyond Money, Investing Your Energy in What Adds Value, and cultivating rich Relationships and Community.
• Module 3: Reclaiming Your Self - I will challenge you to release the roles, stereotypes, and unreasonable expectations that are standing between you and freedom. You will explore fortifying your Boundaries as an Act of Self-Love and finding joy Beyond Productivity and Perfection as you embrace the essence of who you are.
