Alina's professional journey, woven through the tapestry of her career and higher education, has been marked by unwavering resilience in the face of glaring disparities. Along her path, she experienced a striking contrast in the support, resources, and opportunities extended to her, particularly when compared to her white colleagues.

This stark reality is not unique to Alina. Research underscores and validates the challenges faced by Black women. These challenges span from systemic obstacles and underrepresentation in leadership roles to unrealistic expectations, being overworked and underpaid, along with microaggressions, and a pervasive lack of support and resources among other disparities.

In response to these disparities, Alina has embraced a mission to catalyze change. Her dedication is manifested in the creation of a nurturing community and empowerment platform. Alina is not just an advocate but a hands-on guide, offering personalized coaching services aimed at helping Black women navigate the complexities of their lives and careers with resilience, authenticity, courage, and confidence. Her journey is a testament to the need for collective action, challenging the status quo, and building environments that support the brilliance of Black women.

Alina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oglethorpe University, a Master of Divinity degree from Columbia Theological Seminary, and a Master of Education degree in Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development from the University of Georgia. She is also a UGA Certified Executive Coach and a SHRM Certified Professional.
